Reformed english

Reformed english consists of any variants of the english language
which hav ben significantly improved from the established variant of english,
via making its spelling more phonetic, and/or by decreasing its homonyms and homophones,
and/or by countering other problems therein.

Reformed english includes, but is not limited to,
semi-phonetic english spelling and fully-phonetic english spelling.
