<br> NSA mandate-letter which was sent to them in late 2019, | |||

<br> (which serves to make older, privacy-protecting browsers incompatible, | |||
<br> and especially the Opera version-12 browser), | |||

<br> That latter mandate forbade anonymous editting of large areas of text. | |||
