Infrasound-revving is the psychopathic behavior of revving a jet-airplane's
engines at length, at a relatively low RPM, at the particular RPM which maximizes
the engine's production of sound-waves in the infrasound and near-infrasound part
of the sound-spectrum, which thereby maximizes their effect of disrupting
truthful fundamental perception in anyone who hears and/or feels it.
