A SIGINT infiltration-agent is an agent of a signals-intelligence (SIGINT) agency
(such as the NSA, the GCHQ, or the KSA),
who works their way into a position of power, either on a website (a wiki or a forum),
or among the people who control a website or a computer-related company or organization,
for the purpose of eventually abusing that power for privacy-violating purposes,
on behaf of their agency.

In the case of wikis and forums, SIGINT infiltration-agents are likely to be anonymous,
being known only by a username.
This is demonstrated in the case of the NSA infiltration-agent "XXBlackburnXx"
on the Wikimedia wiki,
in which the name "Blackburn" may or may not be his real surname.

In the course of violating privacy-rights on a website,
the use of infiltration-agents is an alternit method to using mandate-letters.
