You might assume that the server of this website- Pipedija,
is located in Lithuania, but it isn't.
The server is actually located in the United States, in the state of California,
in the city of Fremont, which is in the San Francisco Bay area.
That is why the server-provider has been subjected to a TLS-1.3 mandate letter.
