In the process of english language reform,
all of the homophones and homonyms, all of which must be eliminated,
require the creation of new words, both new spoken forms and new written forms.
However, there is an obstacle in doing that,
becuz there are spoken and written word-forms which are already
used, to convey other meanings,
and those word-forms can be identical to an ideal new reformed word.
That is the density-of-words problem.

If the ideal reformed word is already taken,
then either the new reformed word must be changed to something els,
or the old word with the different meaning must be changed to a different word,
to make space for the new word.
