Double-downism behavior is a specific psychopathic false-portrayal behavior,
in which the psychopath falsely portrays a person as "doubling down" upon
a particular statement or proposal, so as to falsely portray that statement or proposal
as being a gamble with a shakey foundation, with the intent of creating a sense of anxious
uncertainty and doubt in the listenners.
Double-downism behavior therefore usually serves to target particular statements or proposals
which have a solid logical foundation, so as to create a baseless emotional doubt about them.
Double-downism behavior is most-often exhibited by the psychopath-run
U.S. television newsmedia oligopoly of CBS, NBC, ABC, and France 24 America.

As with all psychopathic behaviors,
double-downism behavior can be cured via chronic high-magnitude aversion conditioning.
