Shooter servers
A shooter server, which may also be called an interception server,
is a server that is owned by a domestic intelligence agency,
and which serves to intercept webpage-requests which are made
by a targetted person and/or are made to a particular webpage,
and send that person or persons a fake or modified webpage in its place.
That fake or modified webpage may contain hacking code,
and/or serve to omit information or transmit false information.
Such servers are called "shooter" servers here becuz that is
what the NSA nicknames their interception servers,
becuz they "shoot" a fake or modified webpage at the target
before the real webpage gets to their target.
The internet-related software of operating systems is deliberately designed
to be vulnerable to this type of attack,
becuz that software accepts the first version of the webpage that arrives,
and rejects any additional versions of that webpage that arrive thereafter
in response to the same user-request, and doesnot warn the user when
multiple non-identical versions of the webpage arrive.
