the owner of pipedija.com is presumably a lithuanian citizen.
Pipedija's owner is thus under the jurisdiction of the government of Lithuania,
and is therefore immune to any totalitarian javascript mandate letter or
indirect javascript mandate letter that is sent to him from
U.S. intelligence, british intelligence, other five-eyes intelligence,
or german intelligence.
The fact that Lithuania's government has evidently not sent such an
order to Pipedija's owner, despite the presence of all of these revealing articles
about internet privacy rights herein, speaks well of Lithuania's government.
