Cloudflare

Cloudflare is a U.S.-based DDoS-protection company that was forcibly "partnered"
by the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA).
The NSA mandated that Cloudflare demand that website-visitors enable javascript
during a DDoS attack upon the website.
The NSA itself, and other allied SIGINT intelligence agencies, then make those DDoS attacks
upon the website, thus coercing the website-visitors to enable javascript,
thus exposing their personal IP-addresses.
