HCaptcha

hCaptcha is a privacy-violating mass-data-harvesting program
which masquerades as a "security measure".
Google's reCaptcha is the same in those respects.

hCaptcha involves the person clicking a button that says "I am human",
then either it verifies itself and proceeds to the page,
or gives you a window where you have to solve a puzzle correctly to proceed.
Those puzzles can be various, of various kinds,
such as clicking the correct options,
clicking on buttons until shown objects disappear,
entering the text shown in the image, and much, much more.

hCaptcha was created jointly by the NSA and the company Intuition Machines Inc.
Likewise, Google's reCaptcha was created jointly by the NSA and Google,
at an earlier time.
