Deletion mandate letter

A deletion mandate letter is a letter that is sent to the owner of a
forum-website or wiki-website by a domestic intelligence agency,
and which demands that the website-owner delete one or more
present and/or future posts or pages thereon
which describe privacy-violating tactics that the agency uses,
and/or countermeasures thereto, and/or specific privacy-violating actions
that the agency has perpetrated.

Deletion mandate letters typically include a gag-order,
which forbids the recipient of the letter from telling other people
that they have received the letter.
A deletion mandate may be accompanied by a TLS-1.3 mandate,
a javascript mandate, and/or a Cloudflare mandate.
