The use of that same particular modus-operandi by three different

 That pattern clearly indicates that a high-ranking psychopath

The 2020 totalitarian blitz was a series of coordinated large steps of
 increasing totalitarianism, in the anglophone world, that were perpetrated in
 the year 2020, by intelligence agencies, mainly the NSA.
 The 2020 totalitarian blitz is part of the broader [[ever-worsenning nadir]].
 It was the most rapid one-year decline into greater totalitarianism up until that point,
 and is equalled only by the subsequent and related [[2025 totalitarian blitz]].

This blitz consisted of intelligence-agency actions at the websites Wikipedia,
 the webspace-website 0catch.com, the wiki-farm website referata.com,
 the file-upload website upload.run, and the webmail-website secmail (an onion website).
 One or more of such actions were probably instigated by the prominent
 NSA agent Tim Hardcastle (aka Bbb23, aka FMSky), and/or his agency buddies.

The details of those attacks are as follows:

Wikipedia / The Wikimedia Foundation:
 On january 1st 2020, the owners of The Wikimedia Foundation
 (which includes Wikipedia) implemented the commands of an
 NSA mandate-letter which was sent to them in late 2019,
 and which applies to all of their wikis.
 That mandate letter included a [[TLS-1.3 mandate letter|TLS-1.3 mandate]]
 (which serves to make older, privacy-protecting browsers incompatible,
 and especially the Opera version-12 browser),
 and also a mandate of a unique type.
 That latter mandate forbade anonymous editting of large areas of text.
 That made it impossible not only to anonymously edit large sections,
 but also to anonymously edit the intros of most articles
 (all except for the smallest articles),
 or the intros of large multi-part sections,
 becuz doing-so requires editting the whole article or editting the whole
 multi-part section, respectivly.

0catch.com and referata.com:
 The years-long DDoS-attacks upon 0catch.com and referata.com,
 and the forcible de-anonymization of 0catch.com,
 are related to eachother, and started only a month apart from eachother.
 The formerly-anonymous (javascript-free) webspace-website 0catch.com had
 hosted a webspace-subdomain which had exposed various tactics and specific
 acts of abuse by SIGINT agencies.
 In response, the NSA used its perma-DDoS'ing system called "QUANTUM"
 to destroy 0catch.com, in the final days of may of 2020.
 A few years later, the NSA permitted 0catch.com to come back online,
 but only after deleting all of its original webspace-subdomains,
 and [[javascript mandate letter|mandating]] that new registrations thereon be javascript-dependent.
 0catch.com had ben the only anonymous (javascript-free) webspace-website
 on the internet at the time, so consequently, when it was destroyed,
 it was thereafter no-longer possible to hav anonymous webspace on the internet.
 As for referata.com:
 Referata.com had ben the only anonymous (javascript-free) wikifarm-website
 on the internet at the time.
 A SIGINT agency had already hacked-into referata's MySQL code in 2019,
 so as to forbid new [anonymous] registrations thereon,
 and had forbade the website-owner from fixing that problem.
 That was in response to the exact same aforementioned content being present on
 a referata wiki, but in an older non-updated form,
 such that the referata-wiki was being used as a backup for storing that content.
 One month after 0catch.com had ben DDoS'd out of existence,
 in the final days of june of 2020,
 the creator of the 0catch subdomain and the neglected backup-wiki at referata,
 returned to that referata-wiki, and updated its contents.
 In response, merely hours thereafter, the NSA again abused its QUANTUM system,
 DDoS'ing referata.com out of existence for a few years uninterruptedly, until some time in 2023.
 At some time after the owner of that wiki started editting again in 2023,
 most of referata.com was shut-down via a shutdown-mandate letter,
 and all of its previous wikis were deleted via a [[deletion mandate letter]],
 with both commands probably being within the same letter.

upload.run and secmail:
 The anonymous file-upload website upload.run,
 and the anonymous webmail onion-website secmail,
 were both perma-DDoS'd out-of-existence at the same time,
 during the final days of october of 2020,
 by the NSA's perma-DDoS'ing system called "QUANTUM".
 The website upload.run was the only anonymous (javascript-free)
 general file-upload website on the internet at the time, so consequently,
 when it was destroyed, it was thereafter no-longer possible to

The 2020 totalitarian blitz was a series of coordinated large steps of
 increasing totalitarianism, in the anglophone world, that were perpetrated in
 the year 2020, by intelligence agencies, mainly the NSA.
 The 2020 totalitarian blitz is part of the broader [[ever-worsenning nadir]].
 It was the most rapid one-year decline into greater totalitarianism up until that point,
 and is equalled only by the subsequent and related [[2025 totalitarian blitz]].

This blitz consisted of intelligence-agency actions at the websites Wikipedia,
 the webspace-website 0catch.com, the wiki-farm website referata.com,
 the file-upload website upload.run, and the webmail-website secmail (an onion website).
 One or more of such actions were probably instigated by the prominent
 NSA agent Tim Hardcastle (aka Bbb23, aka FMSky), and/or his agency buddies.

The details of some of those attacks are as follows:

0catch.com and referata.com:
 The years-long DDoS-attacks upon 0catch.com and referata.com,
 and the forcible de-anonymization of 0catch.com,
 are related to eachother, and started only a month apart from eachother.
 The formerly-anonymous (javascript-free) webspace-website 0catch.com had
 hosted a webspace-subdomain which had exposed various tactics and specific
 acts of abuse by SIGINT agencies.
 In response, the NSA used its perma-DDoS'ing system called "QUANTUM"
 to destroy 0catch.com, in the final days of may of 2020.
 A few years later, the NSA permitted 0catch.com to come back online,
 but only after deleting all of its original webspace-subdomains,
 and [[javascript mandate letter|mandating]] that new registrations thereon be javascript-dependent.
 0catch.com had ben the only anonymous (javascript-free) webspace-website
 on the internet at the time, so consequently, when it was destroyed,
 it was thereafter no-longer possible to hav anonymous webspace on the internet.
 As for referata.com:
 Referata.com had ben the only anonymous (javascript-free) wikifarm-website
 on the internet at the time.
 A SIGINT agency had already hacked-into referata's MySQL code in 2019,
 so as to forbid new [anonymous] registrations thereon,
 and had forbade the website-owner from fixing that problem.
 That was in response to the exact same aforementioned content being present on
 a referata wiki, but in an older non-updated form,
 such that the referata-wiki was being used as a backup for storing that content.
 One month after 0catch.com had ben DDoS'd out of existence,
 in the final days of june of 2020,
 the creator of the 0catch subdomain and the neglected backup-wiki at referata,
 returned to that referata-wiki, and updated its contents.
 In response, merely hours thereafter, the NSA again abused its QUANTUM system,
 DDoS'ing referata.com out of existence for a few years uninterruptedly, until some time in 2023.
 At some time after the owner of that wiki started editting again in 2023,
 most of referata.com was shut-down via a shutdown-mandate letter,
 and all of its previous wikis were deleted via a [[deletion mandate letter]],
 with both commands probably being within the same letter.

upload.run and secmail:
 The anonymous file-upload website upload.run,
 and the anonymous webmail onion-website secmail,
 were both perma-DDoS'd out-of-existence at the same time,
 during the final days of october of 2020,
 by the NSA's perma-DDoS'ing system called "QUANTUM".
 The website upload.run was the only anonymous (javascript-free)
 general file-upload website on the internet at the time, so consequently,
 when it was destroyed, it was thereafter no-longer possible to
 upload menny file-types anonymously, and most people didn't know-of
 the obscure remaining places in which some file-types can be
 uploaded anonymously.
 The onion-website secmail was the only free-to-use anonymous
 (javascript-free) webmail website (which used [[SquirrelMail]]) on the internet
 at the time, so consequently, when it was destroyed, the only things that
 remained were the minimally-functional temp-inbox website
 mailcatch.com (which was later forcibly de-anonymized during the
 later [[2025 totalitarian blitz]]), and an obscure pay-per-account website
 which does not advertize the fact that it uses anonymous / javascript-free SquirrelMail.
 Both of those simultaneous perma-DDoS attacks were made in response to
 an anonymous forum-post on the forum-website VirtualTeen,
 in which a person used both secmail and upload.run to anonymously
 warn teenagers about the fact that serotonin-reuptake-inhibitors
 can cause permanent sexual anhedonia.
